• Workers, freelancers, and Gig professionals using MobileShifts application.
• Business, employers and clients using MobileShifts application.
• Visitors accessing the platform with whom MobileShifts has no contract.
• Recipients of MobileShifts marketing materials or communications.

We collect a variety of information to constantly improve our service and elevate your experience, this information includes but is not limited to-:

• Government-issued identification (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, passport)

B. Professional information
• Work history
• Skills and certifications
• Resume/CV
• Availability and shift preferences• Ratings, reviews, and performance data

C. Financial information
• Expected salary/Current salary
• Bank account details
• UPI IDs
• Payment history

D. Device and usage data

• Device type and OS

• App usage data
• Log files and diagnostic data

E. Location information
We may collect real time location data from your IP address in order to track shifts, verify attendance and prevent frauds.

F. Communications
• Messages between users
• Messages between clients and users
• Customer support interactions and any metadata thereof
• Feedback and surveys

G. Consents
Any consents or permissions that you grant us whilst using our services.

H. Any other data
Any other information you choose to provide to us through all available channels, participating in user/customer surveys or otherwise visiting and interacting with our Site and/or Services.

• To match workers with employers;
• To facilitate hiring, onboarding, and employment (including EOR services);

Formal privacy and security awareness training will be provided for all staff and necessary contractors as soon as feasible after hiring and/or before they begin work with personal data, with annual recertification thereafter. • providing access permissions based on the necessity to know principle;
• evaluating and updating documentation of staff members who are permitted to provide, change, or revoke authorised access to systems;

We will hire a third-party vendor to conduct penetration and vulnerability testing on our systems that hold and/or process personal data at least once annually.
